We are a time and material biased company. We find this type of billing works best for both party's. Many companies use a fixed rate pricing model which is great for the contractor, not so much for the customer. Every job is different. Some more complexed, some less. So our model benefits the customer in that if a job only requires an hour of labor, you only get charged for that hour, not a fixed amount.
We offer one year labor on all our repairs and new equipment installations. If within the one year mark the repair we made to your system fails, we come back and fix it at no labor cost to you. (This only includes labor for the repair that was previously made by us, not parts. New equipment parts are covered by the manufacture. Residential customers only)
